SENSORY LABORATORYOS&E's Sensory Laboratory is a 1000 square foot temperature, humidity and odor controlled facility incorporating state-of-the art olfactometers, professional odor panels and a large stock of odor modifiers. This Sensory laboratory is affiliated with an EPA certified analytical laboratory to carry out qualitative and quantitative analyses of odorants and flavor chemicals using GC/FPD-odorography, GC/FID-odorography, and GC/MS-odorography.
